The orange flavor is way more natural than I expected, not artificial at all. I whisked a spoonful into a bacon and blue cheese salad dressing and it was honestly restaurant quality.

I drizzled this over roasted carrots and the orange flavor came through way more than I expected, almost like fresh zest. It's also great on salmon, and a little goes a long way.

Drizzled this over roasted carrots and it was unreal, the citrus cuts through without tasting artificial. Also tried it with the chocolate balsamic on a bacon and blue cheese salad like the site suggested, and that combo actually works.
