Earl Grey -tee

Switching to loose leaf was the best call I've made all year. The bergamot in this one hits just right, and steeping it with a spoon of honey brought out a depth I never got from tea bags.

I've been drinking Earl Grey for years and this loose leaf is noticeably more full-bodied than the bagged stuff I used to buy. A tiny pinch of the bergamot oil goes a long way, so I brew it a bit lighter with a spoon of honey. Genuinely the richest cup I've had in a while.

The bergamot note is perfectly balanced—strong enough to taste clearly but not so sharp it overpowers the rich, fermented black tea underneath. I've tried it both plain and with a dash of honey, and it holds up beautifully either way. This is the full-bodied cup I've been chasing for years.
