Balsamic Tradisional, setengah galon

I was skeptical that a store-bought balsamic could taste this complex, but the aroma alone tells you it’s the real deal. The thickness coats a spoon perfectly and the sweet-sour balance is exactly what I remember from trips to Modena. We’ve already gone through a quarter of the jug in two weeks.

The half-gallon size is perfect for our kitchen since we go through balsamic pretty fast. The aroma hits you right away when you open the cap, and the flavor is deep without being too sharp, which tells me that barrel aging really did its job.
