トラディショナルホワイトバルサミコ（ハーフガロン）

Drizzled this over sliced peaches last night and the sweetness is so gentle it doesn't overpower the fruit at all. The consistency is thicker than the cheap stuff I used to buy, so a little goes a long way.

I was worried a half gallon would be too much, but the thick, syrupy consistency means a little goes a long way. Made a light glaze for grilled peaches and it clung perfectly without turning them brown. Already planning to reorder.

Drizzled this over strawberries and fresh mozzarella last night, and the sweet, smooth tang cut through perfectly without staining anything. The thick consistency is great for a quick glaze on grilled chicken, too. Already eyeing the next half gallon.
