The molasses note really comes through first, then it finishes with that citrus tang. I've been drizzling it over plain yogurt all week and it turns a boring breakfast into something I actually look forward to.

I was expecting something mild, but the molasses flavor in this one really comes through. Stirred a spoonful into plain yogurt and it tasted like dessert. The citrus note sneaks up at the end, which I didn't see coming from a honey this dark.

The dark color had me worried it'd be too heavy, but that citrus note cuts through the molasses richness perfectly. Drizzled some over plain yogurt this morning and it tasted like a fancy dessert, no extra sugar needed.
