I was skeptical about fruit vinegar on dessert, but a splash of this over fresh strawberries is genuinely good. It's thicker and sweeter than the plain balsamic I usually keep, and it mixes into cold drinks without turning them sour.

I drizzled this over a spinach and walnut salad last night and it was honestly better than any dressing I've bought. The sweetness is subtle enough that it doesn't overpower the greens.
