奇波雷辣椒鹽

The smoked chipotle flavor is way more authentic than the generic chili powders I've tried. I rubbed it on grilled corn last night and the toasted heat was perfect, not just pure spice. It's definitely going in my regular rotation.

The heat is just right—smoky without being overwhelming—and that Pacific sea salt really lets the chipotle flavor come through. Used it on roasted chicken and eggs this week and both got that nice toasted kick. Definitely stocking up again.
