夏日柑橘茶

I've been brewing this loose leaf over ice with a squeeze of honey and it's become my afternoon go-to. The citrus flavor is bold without turning bitter, even when I forget and let it steep a few minutes too long.

I was skeptical about a citrus tea that claims to aid digestion, but after a heavy dinner this actually settled my stomach nicely. The orange and lemon pieces are generous in the loose leaf mix, and it's just as good hot as it is poured over ice.

Brewed a big pitcher of this for a weekend barbecue and it disappeared fast. The cold version is genuinely refreshing with a bold citrus flavor that doesn't turn bitter, and it's nice knowing there's some Vitamin C in there too.
