Italian Blend EVOO - half gallon

The half-gallon size means I'm not constantly rebuying, which I appreciate since I cook with olive oil daily. The flavor is peppery and fresh, way better than the supermarket stuff I used to get.

I've been drizzling this over everything from salads to roasted vegetables and the flavor is noticeably fresher than the cheap stuff I used to grab at the grocery store. The 64-ounce bottle is a lot of oil, so I decanted some into a smaller bottle for the counter and stored the rest in a dark cabine
