ハラペーニョ風味オリーブオイル

I drizzled this over scrambled eggs and the heat is gentle, not overpowering like I expected from jalapeno. The green flavor really comes through too, kind of grassy and rich. Already thinking about using it on grilled corn next.

I was worried the jalapeno would be overpowering but it's actually a light, warm heat that lets the green olive flavor come through. Used it to finish a pot of black beans and it added this deep richness I wasn't expecting from an infused oil.

Drizzled this over scrambled eggs and the heat creeps up on you nicely without overpowering the eggs. The green jalapeno flavor actually comes through instead of just tasting like plain olive oil with a kick. Already planning to use it on pizza next.
