트래디셔널 화이트 발사믹 (구 모데나 화이트 발사믹)

I whisked a spoonful into a lemon vinaigrette and it emulsified way better than the darker balsamic I usually grab. The thick consistency means a little goes far, and the sweet, smooth taste doesn't overpower the olive oil at all.

I drizzled this over sliced peaches and the sweetness was spot on, not syrupy at all. It's much smoother than the dark balsamic I usually keep around, and the light color kept my fruit looking fresh instead of muddy.

The thickness is just right for making a light salad dressing without it separating too fast, and it’s sweet enough that I barely need honey. Worked beautifully over sliced peaches last weekend, and the bottle’s almost gone already.
