Raw Southern California Sage Blossom Honey

Sourced from hives located in Temecula, CA

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Sage Blossom honey is light, perfectly sweet and extremely versatile. We love pairing this honey with cheese platters, adding to tea, drizzling over yogurt or as the perfect sweetener for salad dressings.

Raw honey never goes bad, however it will naturally harden and crystallize over time. This is a natural process that can easily be reversed to its liquid state. Simply place on your stove in a pot of warm water on the lowest possible heat setting until the crystals dissolve.

Raw honey is not recommended for pregnant women or infants under one year of age.

James E. ★★★★★

This is my first time trying a honey this light in color and it's genuinely versatile—I've been drizzling it over yogurt and stirring it into tea without it overpowering anything. The fact that it comes from Temecula hives gives it a nice local feel I appreciate.

James D. ★★★★★

The texture is so light and smooth, it almost melts on toast without being runny. I've been drizzling it over plain yogurt every morning and the sweetness is perfectly balanced, not cloying at all. Knowing it comes straight from hives in Temecula makes it feel extra fresh.

Isabella ★★★☆☆

The honey is definitely versatile and I've been using it in tea and on toast. But for a raw honey it's thinner than I'd like, and the flavor is milder than I hoped for something from Temecula.
