I've been using this for my morning eggs and the herb flavor is subtle enough that it doesn't overpower anything. Knowing it's high in monounsaturated fats makes me feel a little better about the amount I go through.

I was a little worried the herb flavor would overpower everything, but it's actually perfectly balanced and the high smoke point means I can sear chicken without the oil burning. My salad dressing came out richer than with olive oil, and I feel better knowing I'm cooking with those good monounsatura

The grassy, savory herb notes come through clearly, and I appreciate that it doesn’t turn bitter at high heat — I’ve been using it for searing and sautéing without any smoke issues. Only downside is the bottle could use a pour spout to control the flow better.
