蜜桃白巴薩米克醋

I drizzled this over a peach and burrata salad and it was honestly better than any dressing I've made from scratch. The white balsamic base keeps it light instead of syrupy, so the fruit flavor actually comes through. Already planning to use it on grilled chicken next.

The bottle was gone in two weeks, which says everything. It's got that really subtle sweetness that cuts the sharpness of the vinegar, so I've been using it on everything from fruit to roasted veggies. That Modena base really comes through, making it taste far more expensive than it was.
