香草柳橙巴薩米克醋

I drizzled this over grilled peaches last weekend and the citrus hit first, then that warm vanilla finish. Two spoons in a glass of sparkling water is my new afternoon thing.

The vanilla really softens the orange instead of letting it go full tart, which is exactly what I wanted. I've been mixing a spoonful into plain Greek yogurt with a little honey and it tastes like dessert.
