蔓越莓核桃香醋

This stuff has completely replaced regular balsamic in my kitchen. The cranberry and walnut notes are subtle enough that it works on roasted vegetables, but sweet enough that I've also been drizzling it over goat cheese and crackers.

The 18-year aging really comes through — it's thick and syrupy, not thin like the cheap stuff. I've been spooning it over vanilla ice cream and the cranberry tartness cuts the sweetness perfectly.
