芒果白巴薩米克醋

I was skeptical about a fruit-flavored white balsamic, but this one tastes genuinely fresh rather than syrupy. It's thin enough to whisk into a quick vinaigrette without weighing down the salad, and the mango comes through clean at the end.

Drizzled this over a spinach and goat cheese salad and the mango flavor came through without being syrupy sweet. The white balsamic base is lighter than the dark stuff I usually buy, so it doesn't overpower the greens. Already planning to use it on grilled chicken next.
