石榴白巴薩米克醋

I was skeptical about a white balsamic but this one won me over with how sweet and tangy it is at the same time. It's aged, so it's got real depth instead of just tasting like juice. I've been mixing it into seltzer and it makes a surprisingly good summer drink.

Drizzled this over a spinach and goat cheese salad last night and the pomegranate sweetness really came through without being cloying. The white balsamic base is lighter than the dark stuff I usually buy, so it doesn't overpower delicate greens. Already planning to use it on roasted carrots.

The tartness hits right after that intense sweetness, so it’s perfect for drizzling over roasted veggies or even a simple fruit salad. I’ve been using it every day since the bottle arrived and the depth it adds is genuinely noticeable.
