I was skeptical about bee pollen but the texture here convinced me — it's slightly crunchy, not gritty, and the raw honey keeps it from being too sweet. The ginger and lemon cut through nicely, especially in hot water when I've got a scratchy throat.

I've been stirring a spoonful into my morning tea and the raw wildflower honey is thick enough that it actually coats the spoon. The bee pollen gives it a slightly grainy texture I didn't expect but ended up liking. My jar's already half gone after two weeks.
