南加州生鼠尾草花蜂蜜

This is my first time trying a honey this light in color and it's genuinely versatile—I've been drizzling it over yogurt and stirring it into tea without it overpowering anything. The fact that it comes from Temecula hives gives it a nice local feel I appreciate.

The texture is so light and smooth, it almost melts on toast without being runny. I've been drizzling it over plain yogurt every morning and the sweetness is perfectly balanced, not cloying at all. Knowing it comes straight from hives in Temecula makes it feel extra fresh.

The honey is definitely versatile and I've been using it in tea and on toast. But for a raw honey it's thinner than I'd like, and the flavor is milder than I hoped for something from Temecula.
